運送

  • 香港本地訂單：預計送達時間為 3–7 個工作日。
  • 國際訂單：請透過 Instagram 私訊或電子郵件下單。送達時間視目的地而定。

退換貨

  • 如發現商品存在重大瑕疵，您可於簽收後 7 天內申請換貨。耳環及其他不適用之商品除外。
  • 每筆訂單的首次換貨可享免運費；其後之換貨運費由顧客自行負擔。
  • 所有已售出商品恕不提供退款。

最終決定權

  • 如對上述條款有任何爭議，Soleheart 保留最終解釋權與決定權。

 

Shipping

  • For local orders in Hong Kong, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
  • For international orders, please place your order via Instagram inbox or email. Delivery time depends on the destination.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you find any significant defects, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt. This applies to all products except earrings and other excluded items.
  • The first exchange for an order includes free return shipping. For any subsequent exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
  • No refunds are provided for any sold products.

Final Decision

  • In the event of any dispute, Soleheart reserves the right of final decision.
